Dr Justin Coulson

Dr Justin Coulson is a positive psychology researcher, author, and speaker. He is the founder of The Real Men Project, an Honorary Fellow at the University of Wollongong, and a Senior Associate at the Positive Psychology Institute.

Dr Coulson earned a first class honours degree in Psychological Science from the University of QLD, before completing a PhD in psychology at the University of Wollongong. He is the author of several peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, and has written a number of popular books and e-books about parenting and happiness.

In addition, Dr Coulson writes a weekly column for Sydney’s Daily Telegraph, appears regularly on Channel 9’s Mornings, and the TODAY show, as well as The Project, and he is the parenting expert at kidspot.com.au.

Justin works with individuals, families, schools, and organisations to improve relationships, boost motivation and performance, and inspire happiness and wellbeing.

Justin has worked as a reviewer for the Australian Government’s Raising Children Network, is a reviewer for the International Journal of Wellbeing, and serves on a number of advisory boards.

Byron & Francine Pirola

Byron & Francine Pirola are founders and co-authors of the Smart Loving Series and The Marriage Kit – resources and courses for married and engaged couples, designed to help couples build successful and resilient marriages. International speakers and authors of numerous articles on marriage, more than 10, 000 people have attended their programs, workshops and talks in Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, USA, Europe, Africa and Asia. The Smart Loving series is currently being translated into Mandarin and Malay.

In 2014, Byron and Francine wrote The Marriage Kit – an online Marriage course hosted by The Stick Kit, a new platform designed to strengthen relationships.

Byron & Francine have been married for 27 years, and have 5 children.

Francine graduated with a Masters from Fordham University. Byron is a founding partner of strategic consulting firm, Port Jackson Partners Limited, and a Director of both listed and unlisted companies. He holds a PhD from Adelaide University.
